2019 John Deere Combine Tracks
2019 John Deere Combine Tracks In 2019, John Deere announced various updates to grain collection solutions that will significantly improve the performance of the S-Class combiners, driving quality and small grain harvest productivity. These include a new suspension monitoring system in the MyOperations mobile application, flexible drapery headers and damage-specific enhancements.
2019 S-Class For the combined model year, the customer has the option of a new factory suspension rail system with 30 or 36 inch (76.2 or 91.4 cm) bandwidth. The redesigned John Deere tracking system for these concepts includes changes in belt drives, integrated final drive, suspension rollers and tandem bogie wheels that work together to improve slip, ride quality, handling speed and durability.
“It’s going to be possible to come together in these ways, especially under less than ideal conditions and harvest earlier and longer with less activity on the soil,” Matt Badding, product marketing manager for John Deere Harvest Solutions. “The new track has a larger contact area than the previous ones, which gives the customers significant advantages in these important areas.”
The new pallet system offers a unique tread design with angled, wider and longer treads to improve traction, stability and ride comfort while extending the back life. Unlike previous rail systems, the combination of new pallet systems can travel up to about 25 km / h (40 km / h), which can reduce the transport time between areas.
In addition, Deere launches the latest series of flexible drapery – the 700FD HydraFlex ™ Draper. This symmetrically designed draper has a double V-guide belt and thicker, corrugated front edge for better crop flow and four times longer belt life; dual feeding (16 and 18 inches) (40,6 and 45,7 cm) for better harvest versatility and better handling of the work such as canola, central feeding; and 18-inch (45.7 cm) Superfractor Auger for smooth feeding and less subtle insects under difficult conditions.
“We added a fourth sensor to the Automatic Header Height Control option in 35, 40 and 45 meter (10.67, 12.19 and 13.71 m) models to improve ground detection on the rough terrain and automatically adjust the head position accordingly,” Badding explains. “The new 700FD HydraFlex Draper has been engineered to feed and capture more grain, with enhanced product processing versatility, longer lifetime and more.”
Finally, Deere offers Remote View and Tuning as part of the MyOperations ™ mobile application to help customers easily monitor operations to merge operations and adjust settings from remote locations. These new applications build on existing machine technologies such as Combine Advisor ™ and Remote Display Access ™ to enable remote monitoring and concatenation of performance by owners or managers to adjust the rotor, fan speed and force and screen gap settings as needed.
“This latest mobile application gives instant visual access to a single combined or all of the taxpayer’s machine information to improve total harvesting operations to customers. With mobile devices, customers can make changes in different settings as product and harvest conditions change throughout the day, admits, “says Badding.
The application states that it is a great way to monitor the less experienced combinatorial operators to make sure that the combined coin is tuned and working properly.
“These updates are fully integrated and harmonized with the John Deere S700 Series Combine and continue to make them the smartest, most efficient and efficient grain harvester for our customers.”
